Insurance and Fees:


The fee for psychological assessment is $150 per hour. The assessment may include test administration, in-person meeting with the client and/or the client's primary caregiver(s), direct observations of the client,  test scoring,  and report writing. The length of assessment varies depending on the needs of the client, and will be discussed prior to beginning the assessment. Typical assessments require 5 to 10 hours for assessments, observations, and report writing.

Fees for other services:

Consultation: The fee for a 50-minute in-person consultation session is $150, payable at the beginning of the consultation hour. The telehealth rate is $135 per 50-minute session.

Behavior Support Consultation and Intervention Plan: Fees vary according to need.

Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card . 

Telehealth / video-conferencing is available for some cases.

Insurance:

Required co-payment, deductible exception payment, or  amounts unpaid by insurance provider are due at the time of service.
